My Three Favorite Pictures
One of my favorite pictures from my walk on Friday October 18th, is this one here. It shows one of the many broken windows where I live. This pictures features the glass in a sharp and jagged pattern. From the angle I took the picture, you can see buckets and broken glass on the floor. You can also see a box overflowing with books on the floor if you look hard enough. I like this picture because of the angles on the glass.
This is my second favorite picture from our walk. It shows another broken window but with a beautiful pattern carved almost into the glass. There is white chipped paint on the window frame. Behind the window, is a wood plank. I think it compliments the white and the lighting in the photo. I like this picture because it shows a beautiful patterned window and I love little things like that.
This is my third favorite picture from our walk. I have always enjoyed playing with shadows and such in photography. My great grandfather sparked the interest; he would take pictures of me and my shadow every year on my birthday in the same spot on my grandparents cement patio. Taking pictures like these help with his passing. The picture features my two friends and I walking in a line each with one foot forward. I stand in the middle taking the photo. I enjoy this picture because it reminds me of the pictures I would take with my grandfather and it shows me and my friends while also not showing our faces.

Hello Alex,
ReplyDeletei am Thomas, a teacher in kenya commenting in the 2019 STUBC. i quickly noted that you are quite observant. You seem to be more on the Sciences, Arts and mathematics, does this mean that these subjects have played such a big influence in this? i pray rest in peace to grandfather. it seems his taking you out has left a map on your aspirations.
Best wishes,
Thomas oriya
Hi Alex,
ReplyDeleteI love the photos you took. I think my favourite is the last one, because i also love tacking photos like that. It is a really neat way to capture people without showing their faces. Do you do lots of photography?
Annie
I do take lots of photos! I love just walking around town like once a week and seeing all the beauty and such in theings not captured. Just like my grandmother and great grandfather. Do you also do lots of photography?
